B&M Property Maintenance handles the lot — leak repairs, roof and gutter cleaning, patios, fencing, turf and full garden makeovers. Send a photo on WhatsApp and you'll get a straight answer and a free quote.
Two trades, one crew
Most properties need both eventually. Rather than juggling two contractors, you get one team, one quote and one crew who tidy up after themselves.
Watertight, first time
Leaks, storm damage, worn tiles and tired-looking roofs. We get up there, find the actual cause and fix it properly — no guesswork, no fobbing you off.
Gardens you actually want to use
From a one-off tidy-up to a full garden transformation. Lawns, paving, fencing, decking and artificial grass — finished to a standard you'd be happy to show off.
Why B&M
Most people end up ringing a roofer, then a gardener, then a power-washing lad. We handle the roof, the gutters, the driveway and the garden — one point of contact, one price, one clean finish.
We come out, look at the job properly, and give you a clear price in writing. No day-rate surprises and no 'while we were up there' extras appearing on the invoice.
Every before-and-after on this site is a real B&M job. What you see is the standard you get — not stock photos from somewhere else.
Waste taken away, gutters flushed, paths brushed down and the site left tidy. Small thing, but it's the part customers mention most.
Our work
Every photo below is a job we've done ourselves. No filters, no borrowed images.
Years of moss and black staining lifted off a tiled roof — same tiles, properly cleaned.
Waist-high weeds cleared, ground levelled and the lawn brought back to life.
Moss and grime stripped out of the block paving and joints.
Patchy side garden dug out, prepped and laid with hard-wearing artificial grass.
Overgrown conifer cut back, shaped and tidied up underneath.
Blocked gutter emptied, flushed and checked for falls so water runs where it should.
How it works
WhatsApp a photo of the roof or garden, or give us a ring. Quickest way to get an honest first opinion.
We call out, look at the job properly and talk through the options — including the cheaper option if there is one.
You get a fixed price and a realistic timescale. Take your time with it; there's no chasing from us.
We turn up when we say, keep you updated and finish the job — site cleared and waste taken away.
We go round the finished job with you before we leave. Anything you're not happy with, we sort it there and then.

“Our roof was green with moss and I honestly thought it would need replacing. William came out, gave me a price on the spot and had it done in a day. It looks like a new roof. Delighted with it.”

“Had water coming in around the chimney for months and two other lads never turned up. Sent a photo on WhatsApp in the morning, William was out that afternoon and it was sorted properly. Fair price, no messing.”

“The back garden was a jungle and now the kids can actually play out in it. New lawn, fencing painted and the whole lot cleared away. They cleaned up after themselves every evening, which meant a lot with a baby in the house.”

“Gutters were overflowing every time it rained. Cleared, flushed and one length replaced. Showed me photos before and after which I thought was a nice touch. Would have them back without hesitation.”

“The side of the house was a muddy mess all winter. They dug it out, prepped it properly and laid artificial grass. Honestly the best money we've spent on the house. Lovely lads, very tidy.”

“Driveway and path power washed and re-sanded. Turned up on time, price was exactly what he quoted and there was no upselling. Neighbour has already booked them off the back of it.”
